Attorney McCullough is a founding partner of the law firms Forrest | LaMothe and Mazow | McCullough, PC.

Before forming Forrest | LaMothe, Mr. McCullough worked for a Massachusetts automobile insurance carrier and was responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving serious injury claims. After passing the Massachusetts Bar, Mr. McCullough then worked defending automobile insurance carriers in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It was during this time that Mr. McCullough gained invaluable experience regarding the strategy and mindset of the insurance companies and other large businesses.

Mr. McCullough has been qualified as an expert and has testified in various district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts concerning his opinion on various insurance tactics and claims handling practices. There are only a handful of lawyers in the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts with this background who have been qualified by the courts as an “expert.”

Mr. McCullough has successfully tried jury cases in every court within Essex County, Massachusetts. In addition, Mr. McCullough has represented clients in courts throughout Massachusetts, including successfully arguing several cases at the Appellate Division of the Massachusetts District Court that dramatically changed the landscape and leveled the playing field on behalf of consumers, plaintiffs, and medical providers, forcing Massachusetts automobile insurers to pay the medical bills for those seeking Personal Injury Protection Benefits.

One of the hallmarks of Mr. McCullough’s career occurred in 2005, when he obtained the largest jury verdict in the Lawrence District Court, Massachusetts, relating to personal injuries due a motor vehicle collision within the last 25 years.

Mr. McCullough makes his home in Danvers, Massachusetts, with his wife and five children. After work and on any given weekend, you will find Mr. McCullough at the local baseball/softball diamond, soccer field, or football field coaching and helping out his kids’ various sports teams.
